The story of Tuborg starts in Hellerup, north of Copenhagen, where the Tuborg Brewery brewed Denmark’s first pilsner-type beer in 1880 and packaged it in bottles with a distinctive green label. It became instantly popular with the Danes and has since grown to become Denmark’s best selling beer.
These days Tuborg is a real cosmopolitan present in more than 70 different countries.
Tuborg Green is a bottom-fermented lager beer. It’s brewed on lager malt, a slightly roasted, bright type of malt which results in the well-known mild, fresh taste and aroma of flowers and grain. The beer is medium rich and lively with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. It’s excellent with light meals such as salads and spicy Asian dishes.
Brewed Under Licence in the UK.

I often order this drink at the pub. Either Tuborg or Calsburg. Unlike Calsburg, Tuborg has a sharper taste. It’s very refresshing and light. A citrus like taste to this beer with a clean light yellow-green tinge colour to it.
Thirst quenching!

Handy sized bottle for a quick drink. Reminiscent of the festival days. Easy to drink and standard danish style lager, better than Carlsberg

This is light and fresh tasting and a decent lager, not strong, but probably should be in a larger bottle.
