Brauerei Königshofer Pils is a pilsener from Brauerei Königshofer. Formed in 2007, Brauerei Königshofer is fairly new on the German brewing scene. Brauerei Königshofer Pils is their pilsener from the core range, brewed according to the German beer purity laws of 1516.
Pouring a pale golden colour, Brauerei Königshofer Pils releases aromas of crisp malt from the beer. The flavour is fresh and mild, with a little spiciness from the hops. Buy Brauerei Königshofer Pils for a good all-round pilsener, perfect for refreshment at the end of a long day.

Clear, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, slightly strawy, pale malty aroma, flat bitter hoppy overtones. Taste is grainy, minimally strawy, subtle sweetness, cautious bitter hoppy overtones; light and slightly watery.

I was pleasantly surprised, tried a couple of bottles and it matched if not bettered my regular German favourites. Will be buying more of these next order!
Michael Morfill –
Splendid beer – especially when served nicely chilled on a sunny day with friends.. Smooth tasting & nice head when poured. Nice slightly bitter tang on the back of the tongue.
Margaret McShane –
Excellent German Pilsener. Very smooth to drink especially when chilled.
Derek Bucknell –
Excellent pilsner and it is very easy to drink. It is light on the bready taste which can overpower some German beers. I will certainly be buying more.
Allan Edgar –
Easy enough on the way down; no overpowering tastes but maybe a little too light. Could easily have been less ABV for the taste. Would have preferred a bit more punch but a decent pilsner all the same.
Laura Scotland –
Excellent. Very smooth and easy to drink. Not too overpowering in regards to taste.
Steve Hawkins –
Grass on the nose along with a touch of wheat. Slightly sour when sipped. Fairly punchy and bold. The finish is lingering, with a bitter vibe.
Scott Fletcher –
Ordered this pilsner beer twice now dont let the price put you off. It’s a nice easy drink and good quality cant praise this product enough cant wait for it to come back in stock to order some more. Well satisfied recommended it to anyone who likes a pilsner lager.
Dean Griffiths –
One of the cheaper German Pilsners available here but very good for the money.
Light in colour with low carbonation have ordered several times now and how absolutely no complaints.
Chris –
Great value for money! Light sweetness and hops, little hints of bitterness towards the end. Smooth Pilsner, easy to drink. Can’t beat it for the price!

Paul C –
A really decent Pilsner.
Smooth, crisp, easily drinkable and leaves a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Personally, lacking in depth compared to other great pilsners but very enjoyable nevertheless.
Great value.
Brian Feuillet –
This refreshing and perfectly balance pilsner is a great beer to look forward to after a day’s work hits the spot especially when nice and cold.
Vincent Hughes –
I give this an extra star due to its value. Its at the lower cost of beer choices and yet the pilsner has everything you want from a pils of higher price. Fresh and crisp and good after taste. Like it
Paul Boniface –
A very refreshing pils, easy to drink and excellent value
Doc From Aberdeen –

Very good lager from one of the more recent breweries. Definitely give this a go.
Craig Ryan –
A good quality German pils. Dry, hoppy & grassy, which pours pale gold with a pure white head. Very refreshing. Brewed on the site of the old Rhenania Alt brewery.
DSK –
This is a nice pilsner I remember well from my travels near the Mosel. This is one of those kneipe favourites, which served the best German traditional takes seven minutes to pour and serve. Not as well known as others, but an entirely enjoyable and thoroughly drinkable beer.
Alexey Nekhaenko –
This is what you expect from a German pils. Nothing less but also nothing more
Chris Meechan –
Quite a bitter pilsner with an unpleasant metallic aftertaste.
Steven Taylor –
Good clean pilsner taste , refreshing but middle of the road overall.
I would buy again.
Neil –
No real waft of hops when opening the bottle.
Nice colour and with a creamy head and low carbonation.
Taste wise, it’s not going to blow you away. I believe on a fresh palette it’s a good beer if you are on a budget.
Well worth a try 👍
Jamie K –
Affordable and decent enough pilsner. I’d buy again based on the price, especially for entertaining and not wanting to have the usual suspects from the supermarket. It won’t knock your socks off but worth a try
Ryan Winson –
Enjoyable, very good pilsner and a bargain for the price
steve Whalley –
I’m giving it five stars because of value for money, I cant understand reviewers on here giving it one and two stars for that price. Its good strength, crisp and refreshing . I would purchase it again
Steve Bruce –
