Orders Over £60
For orders over £60, delivery is free (3 working days) or £3.00 (next working day) Some areas are excluded and incur extra charges (please see postcodes listed below)

A parcel can typically consist of up to 24 standard size bottles but exact costs are worked out based on your selection and will be displayed at checkout stage.

Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. (e.g. orders placed by 12 noon Tuesday should be delivered Wednesday, orders placed by 12 noon Friday should be delivered Monday, Orders placed after Midday on Friday will be processed Monday for Tuesday delivery).

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation e-mail, please contact us so we can investigate.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.

Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to a future order. All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the drivers manifest or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

Beers of Europe Ltd accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery days quoted are estimates and we cannot guarantee deliveries. In the event of a delivery delay Beers of Europe cannot be held responsible for any subsequent losses occurred.
