If you have changed your mind for any reason goods can be returned intact within 14 days of delivery. The cost of carriage in this instance is the customer’s responsibility.
If an item has arrived damaged, we encourage you to take a picture of the broken product and the box as we may need this for our own records or as proof for our courier’s records.
