What is the minimum purchase?
We do not have a minimum purchase amount. Order whatever you want in whatever quantity you want and our expert order team will pick, pack and despatch it to you.
What is the delivery charge?
For orders under £60, delivery is charged at £4.99 (3 working days) or £7.99 (next working day). Some areas are excluded and will incur extra charges. Please see postcodes listed in our Terms and Conditions. For orders over £60, delivery is free (3 working days) or £3 (next working day). Again some areas are excluded and will incur extra charges. Do you offer international shipping?
We don't currently ship outside the UK and Ireland but it may be something we offer in the future.
How do I make payment?
Payment for online orders can be made by credit or debit card or by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment. For telephone orders we accept payment by credit or debit card.
Can I amend my order?
Customers can amend their orders as long as the order has not been packed ready for despatch. If you wish to make an amendment please call us as soon as possible on 01553 812000.
Can I order gift packaging?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift packaging.
My order is a gift, can I include a gift card?
When placing your order please add the details at checkout. We regret that if your order has been packed and is ready to despatch that amendments cannot be made.
Can I have a delivery address which is different to my invoice address?
You can specify a different address to the invoice address. Please add these at checkout.
Can I shop without creating a customer account?
Yes of course, when checking out just select ‘create an account later’
Can I arrange a specific date and time for my delivery?
Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst 98% of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day. If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery. Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.
I’m a collector, can I specify the bottles or labels I want?
Bottles and labels can and do vary. This means that the images shown on our website may not be the same as current stock items. If the bottle or label is important please check before ordering. Please note that it isn’t always possible to provide a perfect looking bottle/label as this very much depends on the condition they are received in from our supplier.
How will my order be packaged?
We use a variety of thick and sturdy cardboard boxes filled with biodegradable packing ‘chips’ and dividers to hold each bottle individually. Any remaining spaces are filled to stop movement of the contents. Glasses are wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure they arrived in once piece.
Does your shop stock items not available on the website?
We occasionally have items available in the shop that are not available to purchase online, usually because they are too fragile or large to post.
