The Garden Brewery use the very best natural ingredients and don’t filter or pasteurise their beers, believing it unnecessary as it removes great flavour and aromas.
The Garden Craft Pilsner is a clean and crisp take on a traditional German pilsner. It has a full malt bill with bready and soft caramel notes. Generously hopped with a blend of Hallertauer Mittlefruh and Saaz and fermented with a classic Bavarian yeast.

Plum essence. Light plum when sipped. The finish is hoppy and a tad sour. Not an bad Pilsner at all. I’d never had a Croatian beer before, so was pleased to try this.

Easy drinking, perhaps not as spectacular of some of their concoctions but pretty solid with hints of citrus & malt in there. Could easily pass a fair amount of time with this.
