Because we work from the barcode, if producers does not make us aware of a label change we often miss updates until we are contacted about it. Apologies in advance for this.

Please note that it isn’t always possible to provide a perfect looking bottle/label as this very much depends on the condition they are received in from our supplier.

We occasionally have items available in the shop that are not available to purchase online, usually because they are too fragile or large to post.

Unfortunately we do not offer gift packaging.

We currently use DHL, but we do also trial other couriers alongside from time to time.

We don’t currently ship outside the UK and Ireland but it may be something we offer in the future.

Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst 98% of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day. Couriers do often offer delivery windows on the day, with the option to rearrange if necessary.

If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery.

Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.

Our boxes come in 6s, 12s, and 24s. By no means are you required to order in those quantities, but it is worth bearing in mind when ordering. A full box also helps to reduce the small chance of damage, as empty compartments collapsing can be a cause of this.

Please check the tracking first, as they may provide an explanation but we welcome the opportunity to nip issues in the bud. Either call us on 01553 812000 or email our [email protected] to hear from our customer service team. Check out delivery details for more information.

If you have changed your mind for whatever reason, you can consult our returns information, or get in contact on 01553 812000.

  1. Stujago

I really enjoyed this lager pilsener. It’s different to other pilseners I’ve tried in that it has a very bitter taste. Very clean, crisp and smooth as German lagers are. Beautiful colour.

  2. Andrew Drummond

Dark golden colour, crisp, smooth and refreshing; slightly more bitter than other pilsners. I really enjoyed this beer and I would definitely buy again

  3. Kevin Day

  4. Derek Bucknell

Now your talking! I had never tasted it in my many visits to Germany but tried it for the first time via Beers of Europe. Beautifully crisp and bitter and is now probably my favourite.

  5. Darren Richardson

Since discovering Beers of Europe I have been trying lots of Pilsners and this is one that I order on repeat. Very crisp and refreshing, I usually have to buy more than 1 as my wife likes it to!

  6. Laura Scotland

Cracking German pilsner. Crisp and refreshing. Easy to drink.

  7. Chris

Bitter, slight fruity aftertaste. Was clean and crisp but not to my taste, found it to be least favourite Pilsner.

  8. DW

Refreshing and crisp. A fine pils. You can’t go wrong.

  9. Lee

Great tasting North German Pilsener , crisp and bitter which makes it slightly different but pleasing

Great Tasting Pilsner , nice light and refreshing herbal taste and for me – best served in the unique glasses or similar 0.2/0.3 litre German Bier Glasses available on the site – frosted in the freezer of course !

Very refreshing and crisp with an interesting llightness to it. Quite drinkable and thoroughly delicious!

  13. Justin

Fresh and flavoursome, this one of the best beers I’ve ever drunk.

  14. Jim&Si

This is a great tasting pilsner. Presents well and the head retention is good. This is one to sit down with and enjoy. Will definitely reorder this one.

  15. Kevin

First bought this wonderful beer years ago when I lived in Thurrock which is twinned with Moenchengladbach. Borussia Moenchengladbach was sponsored by Jever at the time and the local ASDA stocked it. An unusually bitter pilsner lager, I’ve loved it ever since.

  16. James Petrie

New to me but still a pleasant drink. Just a little more bitter than others that I enjoy.

  17. Paul C

My first ever Jever Pilsner – won’t be the last !!
Superbly crisp and refreshing, leaving a pleasantly bitter aftertaste for a pilsner.
Totally moreish – highly recommended – and straight onto the reorder list.!

  18. John Skinner

This has got to be one of the best pilsners available, hoppy with a crisp bitter aftertaste. It is more like a beer than lager and should appeal to real ale drinkers, myself included.

  19. Alan Hastings

Another very good tipple crisp and fresh after taste and this will definitely be on my order list very soon highly recommended.

  20. Brian Feuillet

This is one of my favourite beers and always on my order list, it has a crisp refreshing taste that gives you get a nice hit of hops,.

  21. Harry Moore

Very crisp and fresh and a classic German Pilsener.Hops come through in the after taste.

  22. Paul Boniface

Crisp, clean and refreshing with a slightly bitter after taste. Not my favourite but there’s nothing wrong with it. Easily drinkable

  23. Angus

This is my favourite German beer, a little more bitter/hoppy than the rest but smooth, best served chilled with a very cold glass, having worked in Germany many years ago i tried lots of different beers, so happy that World of Beers can get it at a good price.

  24. Lee Renshaw

One of the best Pilsener.s going.

If you like yours with a lovely dry, bitter aftertaste, this one’s for you.

  25. JL

Dark golden colour, crisp, smooth and refreshing; slightly more bitter than other pilsners. Screaming cold on a hot day, Excellent.

  26. Kul

Clear dark straw colour, with a fine white head that dissapates quickly. A slight hoppy bitter after taste which is longer that most with almost a medicinal follow through.
Not one for me but smooth enough, I am sure many others would like it.

  27. AL

Tastes alot stronger than it actually is, fairly dry with a bitter aftertaste and strong hop flavour. I could see why people like it, but for me personally a bit to bitter. Wouldnt turn it down though!

  28. Waldemar Heise

It’s my hot day lager. Fresh, smooth, with a lot of herbal hoppiness to it.

  29. Andy Collier

A classic Pilsner for all the right reasons. One of my top 3 Pilsners, smooth and tasty.

  30. Tony Hartley

First time I’ve ever tried Jever and am very glad I did. Prominent taste, with some hop elements, looks good, tastes good and not too gassy. I will definitely order again.

  31. John Prideaux

A very individual pilsner. I’ve grown to like it, mind you it’s taken me 40 years!
Crisp, dry with plenty of malt and hops. One of the few bigger named German Pilners that doesn’t seem to have changed for the “Mass market”?
