Moon Gazer Pintail Norfolk Pale Ale is Gluten Free pale ale, 3-3.9% ABV – light, golden & hoppy with aromatic citrus notes – an award winner in cask and keg, and lovely in bottle too!
Extra pale Maris Otter barley gives a light golden colour and equally smooth mouthfeel, while the Motueka New Zealand hop which has a fresh lime initial flavour followed by a background of tropical fruit and lemon zest…with citrus notes that dominate.
The hopping is plentiful but remains gentle – which lets you enjoy a smooth taste… a fantastic Norfolk Pale Ale!
What’s in a name? – short, erect and pointed the hare’s tail is smart and resplendent.

Pours a golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma and fruity flavours. Decent session beer.

The perfect beer to drink after a hard days work, whether that’s working out in the fields, lifting hay, feeding the cows or sat on numerous zoom calls, pintail is perfect ,well balanced, light and refreshing. Super fast delivery and great service from Beers of Europe too.
Matthew W –
Pours a light amber, moderate sized white head, nice lasting top and lacing.
Aroma of bubble-gum, light citrus and grains.
Taste of sweet malts, tangy citrus, floral and bitter hop notes.
Nice medium body and smooth mouthfeel.
A little undefined in the flavour but decent beer overall.

Another great ale from Moongazer. I don’t understand the classification of some ales and this tastes more like a golden ale to me rather than a pale ale but nevertheless, it’s a lovely ale
