A fresh and tasty beer with a noble hop flavour, tart and tangy like a regular beer but containing 75% less carbohydrates and calories.
Due to a special brewing process, this been contains precious hops with 75% less carbohydrates and a lot less calories. This correspondence to the quality feature, “extra dry” noble hops, giving the typical pils taste of slightly bitter hops. Noble hops are not only ideal for diabetics but for those who like a dry, thin beer.
Mark Rhoden –
Sweet orange/banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy amber color with moderate head. Sweet orange juice, banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Moderate carbonation. Not bad.
Nigel Steward –
Another very decent german lager, will order again when in stock
Dean Griffiths –
Light in colour quiet a lot of carbonation, sweet aftertaste. Very decent.
Chris –
Crisp, clean with low bitterness. Average carbonation, pours light golden colour.
Gareth Roberts –
Hopy tasting lager that won’t make you as fat.
JL –
About as good as it gets for a low carb beer and especially if you are a fan of ‘pils’ style on the more bitter side. Looks like pils, tastes like pils. Is is a bit thin? Yes. But if you are diabetic or watching weight, 150cals for half a litre and less than 3g of carbs a bottle – no brainer. And, brewed pure.
Paul Boniface –
A decent German lager that is clean and crisp. As others have said, don’t be put off by the low carb. Try it, it’s worth it
Derek B –
I preferred this to my usual DAB diat pils which is still great for a diat pilsner. Now I have a choice for when I am feeling virtuous but both are lacking just a little something when compared to their traditional equivalents.
WJ –
This is seriously good for a low calorie beer, you wouldn’t actually know. It’s very refreshing with only a slight bitterness.
Michael Moore –
I don’t think the low calorie content detracted from this beer in any way: still a nice, refreshing drink.
Alan Hastings –
A decent tipple this one very hoppy and is definitely refreshing and crisp in taste.
Richard East –
A low energy pilsner with a huge amount of reduced carbohydrates meaning the alcohol content is lower. A nice hoppy taste
Harry Watson –
A good beer but a bit too hoppy for me but still drinkable
