Brunehaut Ambree 750ml is an organic Belgian amber ale from Brunehaut brewery. Brewed with the finest organic ingredients, this amber beer is balanced and deliciously drinkable. Brunehaut Brewery is passionate about sustainability, with over 70% of the brewery’s energy provided by solar panels installed on top of the brewery.
Pouring an attractive mahogany colour, Brunehaut Ambree gives off tempting aromas of biscuit and caramel from the malts. The flavour is malty with some spice from the yeast, with a hint of salted caramel that pairs excellently with grilled meat. Buy Brunehaut Ambree 750ml for a balanced Belgian amber ale, stylishly presented in a corked 750ml sharing bottle.

Gluten free perhaps lightens the beer. This is very hoppy and slightly sour
Nick Bremner –
Brunehaut brewery is pushing the ‘green’ boundaries with its artisanal Belgian ale. They use self generated solar power and their Amber beer is organic and gluten free. The brewery claim to source the ingredients from organic farming as well. It is a clear red colour when first poured (which is unusual for an ‘amber’ beer) with a white head of tiny bubbles. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle so treating it gently is wise and pouring carefully is a must. This is my first try of ‘organic’ beer and the first time I’ve knowingly had anything gluten free. Not my absolute favourite amber beer but a good one none-the-less and well worth a try; I applaud Brasserie Brunehaut for adopting new ways of making beer and reducing damage to our planet at the same time. I will drink this beer again.
