De Leite Enfant Terriple is a Belgian tripel ale from artisan brewery, De Leite. Founded in the back garden of owner-brewer Luc Vermeersch, the brewery has grown from a 30L microbrewery in 1997, to over 10,000L capacity today. Enfant Terriple is a cheeky play on the beer style, tripel, so named due to the beer’s slightly unpredictable nature!
Pouring an attractive golden colour, De Leite Enfant Terriple offers up a pleasant, citrus aroma. The flavour is subtly bitter with a strong malt backbone and a slightly spicy flavour. Buy De Leite Enfant Terriple for a characterful Belgian tripel from an up-and-coming Belgian artisan brewery.
Adam Randall –
Classy Tripel, on a par with Westmalle’s. Spirity, malty body. Sweet start which soon dries out to a bitter finish. Not aromatic but lots of hop complexity. Small brewery turning out some notable beers.

A spicy beer I didn’t know, good aftertaste

Slightly drier than I expected, otherwise a good, solid tripel.

Appears murky apricot with a fluffy head Smells of tropical fruit banana then pepper The taste is more towards orangey hops honey spices & creamy vanilla A very different tripel, slash a craft ale to me work in progress but very enjoyable even if it is unrefined.
