Wild Knight Distillery was founded in 2016 by husband and wife team Matt and Steph Brown. With a shared passion for creating exceptional spirits, they set out to produce a range of premium quality spirits that would rival some of the best in the world. Matt, who has a background in engineering, used his expertise to design and build the distillery from the ground up. Steph, who has a background in marketing, took on the task of branding and promoting the products.

Together, they have created a range of award-winning spirits that are renowned for their exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles.

What their hard work has created…

At Wild Knight Distillery, they produce a range of spirits, including vodka, gin, and rum. Their distillery is dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients, including East Anglian barley for their vodka and nettles for their gin. Every step of their distilling process is carefully crafted to ensure the spirits are ones to be enjoyed and savoured. 

Their flagship product, Wild Knight® Ultra-Premium English Vodka, uses Norfolk barley and the Breckland aquifer's water. It is distilled in small batches using a bespoke copper still and is then filtered through charcoal and silver birch to give it a smooth, crisp taste.

Their Wild Knight® English Vodka is perfect for sipping neat, or for using as a base for cocktails. It has won multiple awards, including a Gold medal at the prestigious International Wine & Spirit Competition. In addition to their vodka, they also produce a range of gins and rums, each with its own unique flavour profile. Their Nelson’s Gold® Caramelised English Vodka is a particular favourite, with its rich, smooth taste and notes of toffee and vanilla.
