Baby Blue is not only Texas’ first legal whisky, but also probably the only blue corn whisky made anywhere. Made from 100% roasted Hopi blue corn, it is packed with a rich, roasty nuttiness, which combines with the freshness and texture of a traditional
corn whisky. The pot-stilled spirit gains a refined complexity by brief aging in small oak barrels. Chip Tate has hand built his own distillery to control everything from when the grain arrives to the bottled product leaving. We hope that to see more of their ‘spirit
of Waco’ in the future.
