Dictador 12 Year Old Solera System Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey which is aged in pre-used oak barrels. The result is a rich amber coloured rum with intense aromas of soft caramel, honey, seeds and lightly roasted coffee which give way to oak aromas.  Soft and rounded on the palate with caramel, cocoa, honey and light coffee flavours which are followed with light oak and a complex lingering finish.
