Originating from the South Pacific Distillery in the Fiji Islands, distilled in 2009 an alliance of both pot and column stills creating a unique expression.
This intense vintage rum was aged in Fiji for 7 years and then 2 years in France in Ferrand casks. With notes of buttery vanilla, caramel, ginger ale, cocoa including hazelnuts and coconut. Good quality and very enjoyable.

Distilled in column stills at the Destilerías Unidas S.A. de Peru, in the Chicama Valley, an extremely arid region on the Peruvian north coast, this 2004 vintage is first aged 12 years in its terroir of origin and then matured two years in France.
Contains essences of ripe figs, both the leaf and the fruit, with mango, notes of almond and white pepper. This lingers on the nose with notes of lemon, cooked apple, walnut and mango.

The perfect location for growing sugar cane, Réunion is known for its warm climate.This rum is made in the traditional Agricole style – the cane is pressed of its juice, which is then fermented and distilled to create a fragrant, fruity rum.
Plantation La Réunion 12 Year Old Rye Finish has been aged for around 11 years in former Bourbon casks before finishing period in former Rye whiskey barrels.
Classic Agricole flavours of pressed flowers, sweet cane and citrus, alongside vanilla, tobacco, coconut, banana, toffee, and oak, and touches of menthol, fresh herbs, cinnamon and cloves, the result is an incredibly spicy and powerful rum!
A truly fascinating rum, and another superb addition to the Plantation single cask range.
