Founded in 1995, The Wolf Brewery is situated in the heart of Norfolk and continues to go from strength to strength. They pride themselves on producing high quality, real ales brewed with the finest local ingredients.
Lavender Honey is made with Norfolk honey, infused during the brewing process. The result is a light golden beer with a delicately sweet yet more-ish flavour.

Decent bitter this. The honey taste is mild, the lavender subtle but its a good bodied ale.

Hints of honey and lavender in the flavour. Quite malty.

Nice enough ale. A delicate sweetness with a bitter edge. Malty background. Big soft head. 3.25/5

I’m not tasting any hint of lavender in this beer. The combination may not even work as typical ingredients for lager/beer over powers something like Lavender anyway. I do get a hint of honey. Only a hint in taste. There is slight honey texture to it as well.
The taste overall is okay. It’s not unpleasant but, it’s not great. It’s nothing special “if” you are looking for a tate combination of lavender with honey.

Mild and delicate taste of honey, but can’t detect any lavender at all, however for a beer of this strength it has a good body and a dominating taste of malt. Just an OK! kind of brew.
