Go To IPA embraces Stone’s hop obsession by using hop bursting, a technique where a large amount of hops are added during the final phase of brewing to impart vibrantly hoppy flavours and aromas and a burst of desirably mellow bitterness. This results in a session IPA that delivers the fruity, piney character of a much bigger beer.
The hop aromatics are mind blowing with peach, citrus and melon flavours dominating the aroma. Hop flavours continue to dominate the flavour whilst being perfectly balanced by just the right amount of malt. Dry and bitter in the finish, Go To IPA has an overall intense and complex hop flavour.
