I really enjoyed this dunkel, they are a different taste to the regulation wheats. This one pours with a very nice head that holds and has a beautiful darkish haze to it. The initial taste is a sweetish caramel flavour with hidden spices, hints of citrus and a nuttiness to it. The after taste leaves one wanting more, always a good sign methinks. Give it a whirl.

Pours clear and golden brown with a lacing tan head. Caramel and butterish aroma. Light spiced and malty flavour. Light acidity and bitterness. Mild bitter and light caramel malt flavoured finish.

Initial malt flavour with a short hoppy finish

Very good dunkelweizen. Great mahogany colour with a perfect fizz level. Not tangy but it has a medium sweet banana taste with a malty background and a hint of cola. The head isn’t as lively as other weizens.

Really nicely balanced, neither the malt or wheat dominates the flavour. Nice sweetness to it.

Brilliant dark (almost stout-like in colour) wheat beer, well-balanced, with notes of toasted grain and a hint of dark chocolate.
