Unfortunately we do not offer gift packaging.

We currently use DHL, but we do also trial other couriers alongside from time to time.

We don’t currently ship outside the UK and Ireland but it may be something we offer in the future.

Unfortunately our carriers do not offer a time specific delivery service. We can send orders to arrive on a specific date but we would remind you that whilst 98% of deliveries arrive within the stated timeframe we cannot 100% guarantee the day. Couriers do often offer delivery windows on the day, with the option to rearrange if necessary.

If you are ordering as a gift we would ask you to take this into account when arranging delivery.

Please note that we are unable to offer weekend deliveries.

Our boxes come in 6s, 12s, and 24s. By no means are you required to order in those quantities, but it is worth bearing in mind when ordering. A full box also helps to reduce the small chance of damage, as empty compartments collapsing can be a cause of this.

Please check the tracking first, as they may provide an explanation but we welcome the opportunity to nip issues in the bud. Either call us on 01553 812000 or email our [email protected] to hear from our customer service team. Check out delivery details for more information.

  1. Richard S

Classic German Pilsener, up there with the very best. Great fresh crisp flavour with a clean refined hoppy finish and a slightly bitter after taste. The King of beers for me, always one of the first on my order!

  2. Neil Curran

Picking your favourite German pilsner is how Sophie must’ve felt choosing her favourite kid,but for me it has to be this. As easy to drink as it is to understand why it’s labelled the king of beers. Only Spaten comes close to it. Pilsner perfection.

  3. Maximilian Evans

A rather good pilsener with a bitter after taste. Not particularly my cup of tea but a pilsener of good quality nonetheless.

  4. Steven Nicholas

Yellow, one finger head with medium level carbonation. Smooth spicy hops and medium bitterness with a medium malt base. Tastes really pure and smooth. This is very balanced pilsner and really pleasant to drink. A classic smooth German pilsner.

  5. Derek B

Very popular in Germany but for me although it is very drinkable I prefer a crisper aftertaste bitterness.

  6. Allan Edgar

As good a pilsner as produced in Germany, sometimes the Bavarian region can be hit and miss but this is superb. Rich enough taste and just under 5%, very easy to put away but enough taste to keep the interest.

  7. Jim

Really good Pilsner. Recommended. Crisp, light tasting. Had this as a BBQ quencher and did the job perfectly

  8. Andy Nichols

Great pilsener. Prefer a Bitburger but would certainly recommend it!

  9. Bernard Hawcroft

King indeed! This is an excellent pilsener and I found that it partnered mild curries well.

  10. Jim Hamilton

    Excellent crisp Pilsner

  11. Dean Griffiths

Have had this one before whilst in Germany. It’s very popular in the City Duisburg and it’s also served At Düsseldorf airport.

Very smooth crisp taste with low carbonation, could just drink again again.

  12. The Doc- Aberdeen

Great Tasting Pilsner , nice light and refreshing non chemical taste and for me – best served in the unique glasses or similar 0.2/0.3 litre German Bier Glasses available on the site – frosted in the freezer of course !

  13. Paul C

First time for Konig Pilsner- won’t be the last !!
An excellent Pilsner- it’s sharp, crisp and smooth with a slightly grassy aroma.
    Leaves a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
    A classic – highly recommended.

  14. petec

Bitte Ein Bit drank lots of this in Germany real tasty lager defo ordering more

  15. Paul Boniface

On of the better pilsners on the market. Clean, light, crisp and easy to drink.

  16. Chris Meechan

A fairly dry, malty sweet pilsner with a light hop profile. Very drinkable.

  17. DSK

This is one of the standard pils you’ll find on tap at your typical German Kneipe around Cologne. Drank a lot of this when living there and it was a real treat to find it on offer here – a very drinkable session beer! Noch eins, bitte!

  18. Michael Moore

Konig by name and by nature. Very good quality beer that deserves it’s reputation.

  19. Malcolm Rynn

Excellent beer, great taste perfect chilled on a summers day sitting in the garden . Light refreshing great taste

  20. Edward Youngs

A very enjoyable, refreshing and crisp Pilsner of which I have made many repeat orders. Very much recommended.

  21. JR

Truly the King of Pils! Koenig Pilsner is a mellow old favourite, once enjoyed only on holiday – now enjoyed at home as a wonderful tasty treat!

  22. Mr S

This was ok but found it nothing special really. I only gave it 2.5/5, perhaps I am in the minority and just didn’t like this style.

  23. WF

Does what is says on the tin, King of pils, quite a claim from a German brewer given the volume that exist. Superb!

  24. Frederick Hill

A lovely drinkable pils certainly is the king of beers., if you have not tried it yet then buy a bottle and just try it – pretty sure you’ll then buy more!!!

  25. Waldemar Heise

Best Lager I had for a while. Sweet, but with a lot of herbal bitterness to it. Lower alcohol volume makes it much more sessionable than any ale.

  26. Stephen Barton

Great lager. Always get a box when it’s in stock.

  27. Ryan Winson

Very good pilsner, would happily order more

  28. Kris

As crisp and refreshing as you could want with a pilsner. I’m ordering more!
