St Idesbald Rousse is a Belgian strong amber ale from Huyghe Brewery. From the brewers of Delirium Tremens, St Idesbald Rousse is a copper coloured strong ale, with a delightfully balanced flavour. Relax and unwind at the end of the day with this complex, full-bodied beer.
Pouring a reddish-copper colour, St Idesbald Rousse offers up aromas of caramel, fruit and pepper. The initial hit of caramel gives way to a subtle bitterness and a dry finish. At 7%, the warming effect of the alcohol adds pleasantly to this balanced drinking experience. Buy St Idesbald Rousse for a malty, caramel amber ale from Belgian brewery Huyghe.

This is a complex beer. It does have a lovely sweet caramel flavour but combined with a hoppy bitterness. Has a freshness /lightness that isn’t normally associated with a 7% beer

Pours hazy dark golden, small white head. Aroma is sweet malty, marzipan and almonds. Taste is light sweet, plums, sharp finish.

Nice amber beer, sweet, malty and easy to drink

Reddish-brown with a big, white head. Quite a spicy flavour with a touch of caramel to finish.
