Préaris Quadrupel is a Belgian Quadrupel ale from up-and-coming small-batch Vliegende Paard Brouwers. Préaris Quadrupel was the beer that kick-started success for Vliegende Paard Brouwers. They decided to take their hobby brewing to a commercial level after winning ‘Best Hobby Beer in Belgium’ for this beer in the Brouwland Beer League in 2011.
It’s easy to see why the judges were inspired by Préaris Quadrupel. Pouring a deep chestnut colour, rich aromas of ripe plums, figs and nuts rise from the beer. The flavour is intense and complex, with a deep fruity character, balanced by bitter chocolate and roasted malts. Buy Préaris Quadrupel for an award-winning quadrupel ale, from an up-and-coming Belgian microbrewery.

Oodles of flavour and a really nice dark sipping bear.

Appears a murky umber with a minimal head Smells of roasty toasty malt with some dark fruit My tongue gets the alcohol first but soon replaced by chocolate coffee & toffee as it warms then finally the shy hops reveal themselves .
Start this one cool and let it warm as you sip.

Probably even thicker than Quadrocinno and a bit boozier but it doesn’t feel awkward here. Worth having when going for a heavy option
