Belgian cherry fruit beer.
A lambic blend is given further fermentation by the addition of fruit, originally cherries local to the area, which after conditioning gives a pronounced cherry flavour and almondy dryness. A classic example of the style with a lot of fruit content of freshly harvested cherries. The beer is conditioned in wood over a winter.

First time having this beer when visiting Bruges and it’s many breweries. It’s a lovely fruity beer. Definitely best served chilled too. Definitely reminded me of being in Bruges

Surprisingly bitter and extremely fizzy – more so than you would normally expect from this type of beer. Does have a nice colour and is not too strong in taste of the alcohol
Luke –
One of the best fruit beers, bold in flavour and so easy to drink.

Very fruity, yet not overpowering in its sweetness. Retains a great refreshing tartness — I think I could drink a gallon of this stuff!
