Domecq Manzanilla is a light sherry from Spanish winery, Pedro Domecq. Founded in 1730, Pedro Domecq is one of Spain’s oldest sherry houses. The bodega, based in the Marco de Jerez sherry growing region, is known locally as ‘La Mezquita’, or ‘The Mosque’ for its whitewashed walls and Moorish architecture.
Pouring a golden colour, Domecq Manzanilla offers up aromas of hay, lemon and sea salt. The flavour of crisp apples mingles with zing salinity, characteristic of this dry sherry. Experience citrus bitterness and bread crust on the finish. Best served chilled, buy Domecq Manzanilla to pair with grilled fish or vegetable dishes.
