Tucked away in an unassuming pub, on one of the trendiest streets of Norwich, is Norwich’s first ever gin distillery and Bullards Norwich Dry Gin is their first creation.
Bullards Norwich Dry Gin is produced in small, handcrafted batches, with each batch taking six hours to distill. It is triple distilled with a blend of botanicals sourced from throughout Europe with the star ingredient being the tonka bean, from Central and South America. The tonka bean adds hints of marzipan and vanilla which balances nicely with the floral and spicy notes of cardamom and lavender. The result is a smooth gin with a subtle sweetness that can be enjoyed either on the rocks or as a gin and tonic.
