The Fijian Islands are renowned for their pure water which nourishes the sugar cane which grows in rich, volcanic soil at the base of the Sleeping Giant Mountain. The sugar cane is hand cut, distilled into rum and filtered through coconut shell carbon, capturing the flavours of Fiji. It is then matured in oak barrels for 2 years.
