Rum Company Coffee Rum Liqueur 2 YO is produced by the Fiji Rum Company. They use their own, locally grown sugar cane and the resulting molasses which they believe provides a higher sugar content and superior flavour for their rums. Produced at the South Pacific Distilleries, they tend to use a blend of pot still and continuous column spirits.
The coffee liqueur is sweetened and infused with coffee before being blended with 2 year old rum.
Rum Company Coffee Rum Liqueur 2 YO coffee rum was named Best in Show Liqueur at the 2016 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
