According to their website, Weihenstephan have been brewing since 1040:

Weihenstephaner Vitus is a light coloured spicy single bock saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. Full bodied and sparkling with an effervescent mouthfeel, the fruity apricot aroma joins citrus, cloves and light banana notes. A speciality beer with a round character due to the extra long storage time in our monastery cellars.
This isn’t your typical bock beer, more like a fruity wheat beer. Pairs perfectly with red meats and strong cheeses.
