Dynamite Valley Brewing Company – A Taste of Cornwall Bottled!

In January 2015 local lads Dom Lilly and Ross Kessell set up Dynamite Valley Brewing Company in Ponsanooth, Cornwall. Their inspiration was from visiting various brew-pubs through-out the world which they used as a blue print to set up the Dynamite Valley Brewing Company.

Although their inspiration came from faraway, you can rest assurred that their passion for beer and quality is kept locally and involves the growing, beer loving, community as much as possible.

The business was started in a porter cabin in the middle of nowhere, with Dom and Ross experimenting with recipes in a 100 litre nano-kit. During this time they produced their first 4 beers and launched a Crowdfunder campaign to move the operation into larger, purpose built premises between Falmouth and Truro.

Due to the support of so many from home and abroad (as far a field as Australia and Canada) Dynamite Valley’s Crowdfunder success has become one of the top 10 business campaigns EVER! This added money to shoe-string funds, gained the brewery a following and brought distinct brand to local attention.

Dynamite Valley Brewing Company has gone from strength to strength with more and more recipes. Always keen to keep the community interaction the team will often ask opinions and take requests for styles of beers their customers would like to try.

A Taste of Cornwall Bottled!

Delicious Real Ale crafted in Cornwall the Seven Ales are:
GOLD RUSH 4% – Crisp Golden Ale – 500ml

Our flagship ale, this classic and refreshing beer is very sessionable and has a smooth finish.
PIONEER 4.2% – Orange Wheat Beer – 500ml

A true summer beer, enjoy whilst crossing great expansive plains and mountain ranges… or a family barbeque. You’ll discover a refreshing and crisp beer, a classic wheat haze and definitely oranges (bottle conditioned).

KENNAL VALE PALE 4.3% – Hoppy Pale Ale – 500ml

Fresh and easy drinking, with lemon and peach flavours.
TNT IPA 4.8% – American Style IPA – 500ml

Hop and pine notes on the nose, with a light amber hue and a peach and grapefruit taste.
BLACK CHARGE 5.0% – Oatmeal Stout – 500ml

This stout has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, with a sweet finish and a well-balanced malty body.
BRIAN 5.0% – Special Bitter – 500ml

Well rounded, amber coloured ale, caramel and floral flavours with a sweet finish.
SPLANN 6.3% – Cornish ESB – 500ml

Ruby red, single hopped with a rich sweetness and hoppy finish (bottle conditioned).
