A medium dry cider with brilliant straw colour, light body, clean apple flavour and a gentle apple blossom finish.
A good accompaniment to cream soups, salad with vinaigrette dressing and a classic companion to pork dishes. Wonderful to clean the palate after spicy food yet subtle enough to pair with delicate flavours.
Samuel Smith’s makes this cider at a small, independent British brewery, the oldest brewery in Yorkshire.

Crisp and apple skin flavour comes through, juicy throughout very moreish. Pint bottles which are a nice touch. Very very nice, smooth for 5% and one which the fizz might let off a few residual appreciations post drink!

Pours a pale gold, very fizzy carbonation. Aroma of fairly mellow apple juice, sugars, apple peel and blossom. Taste of light tart apple juice, big apple skin notes, yeast, floral and light dry finish. Light to medium bodied, crisp carbonation, sweet and tangy. A slightly basic but well executed tasty sweet cider.
