A premium cider flavoured with plum and ginger.
The Garden Cider Company was created in 2010 with a simple idea. All of their hand crafted premium ciders are sourced entirely from local, donated garden apples. Over 4,000 local households bring their spare garden fruit to the Garden Cider Company each year and in return receive a share of the cider made with them for free. This means that produce that would otherwise go to waste is being turned into sustainable, ethical and quality products.

Pale gold, scattered bubbly retention. Fruity aroma with a strong note of ginger spice. Taste is fruity with a nice balance between apple and plum, a touch dry, a touch funky. Ginger extract ranges from foreground to background depending on the sip which is interesting. Nice cider, I don’t find the ginger element too strong, in fact I would rather it deliver more heat.

A lovely sweet, refreshing cider. Primarily the apple taste comes through, then the hint of plum. The ginger amount is just right. Serve well chilled on a summers day or great with a meal.
