Established in 2013, Brixton Brewery infuses the flavour of Brixton into everything they do. The beers are named after Brixton landmarks, inspired by the flavours of its markets and packaged in colourful cans that reference the exuberant batik fabrics sold there. Brixton beer is handcrafted in small batches and for maximum flavour it is always unpasteurised and unfiltered. They combine styles, tastes and quality ingredients of traditional British brewing (and their local markets) with those from further afield. The result is beers that are bold and delicious and always perfectly balanced for easy drinking. Brixton’s famous street market winds down Atlantic Road, brimming with exotic wares and with bold aromas and flavours competing for passing attention. A bit like Brixton’s Atlantic APA. This American pale ale is bold, modern and refreshing with bursts of citrus and tropical fruits. Brewed with Magnum, Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy hops, with a deluge added after the boil followed with generous dry hopping. Juicy and tropical, Extra Pale malt adds crispness and allows the hops to rule.
