Beeston Brewery was founded in 2006 in a renovated farm building overlooking Beeston church and the valley beyond.
Water used in the brewing process comes from deep in the Norfolk chalk from their own private supply and perfect for brewing their fines beers. Their main ingredient, Maris Otter malting barley, is some of the finest malting barley on the planet and is grown locally at Branthill Farm on the Holkham Estate.
Originally created and brewed by Andy Mitchell at the Spectrum Brewery. He has now passed the secret recipe to Beeston Brewery so that the legend of this strong, black stout continues.
