Timisoreana is a Romanian beer that has stood the test of time. The brewery doors were first opened by Prince Eugeniu of Savoy in 1718.
It appears bright gold in colour and has a long lasting head, stemming from a consistent carbonation. It is a great session beer that is very easy to drink due to being so well-balanced. You can check Romania off the list of countries to try a beer from, while you toast the Prince of Savoy, for making a statement that lasted for the better.
Paul Boniface –
Got this one to tick off Romania as I sample beers from around the world. I was pleasantly surprised, well balanced and very easy to drink. Would order again.
