Porterhouse Temple Lager is a lager from Porterhouse Brewing Company in Ireland. Founded in 1989 by two cousins, the pair opened Dublin’s first brewpub in 1996. Since then, they’ve opened buzzing pubs in London and New York, to spread the word about Porterhouse beers and bring good beer to the masses.
Porterhouse Temple Lager offers up aromas of Hallertau hops, with a crisp sweetness from the Irish barley used in the brew. The result is an easy-drinking lager, served chilled as a refreshing aperitif or paired with light dishes such as sushi, grilled fish or poultry.

Overall I am happy with this, there are some strong malts used and a slightly bitter kick at the end, but malt strength is not enough to be over powering unlike some other beers I’ve tried (I’m looking at you Qilmes and Star lager!).
I think I’d order again and give it 3.5 stars out of 5.

This was the first time I had tried this and found it surprisingly good.. Very pleasant taste and looking forward to drinking it when I go to Ireland.
