Nordbräu Ingolstadt 93er Naturtrübes Hefeweizen is an unfiltered wheat beer from German independent brewery Nordbräu. The beer was initially brewed in 1993 using a historic beer recipe created by founder Simon Wittman, to celebrate the brewery’s 300th anniversary.
Pouring a hazy golden-amber colour, Nordbräu Ingolstadt 93er Naturtrübes Hefeweizen offers up rich aromas of wheat and spicy yeast. The flavour is fairly mild, with a wheaty flavour and a touch of fruit. Buy Nordbräu Ingolstadt 93er Naturtrübes Hefeweizen for a light flavoured Hefeweizen, perfect for refreshment or pairing with delicately flavoured dishes.

Clean, fresh, easy drinking. Thirst quenching. Nice example of a wheat beer. Attractive amber colour and good value for money

A very good Hefeweizen.
Traditional wheaty and malty aromas with banana and clove tastes.
Flavoursome throughout with a sweet aftertaste – a quickly disappearing head is all that disappoints.
Will have this again.

Hazy yellow, light orange color with fizzy carbonation and a cramy white head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, fruit. Flavor has also wheat, oranges, light banana, yeast and cloves.

Quite bland as far as Hefeweizens go. There are some sweet banana notes but not the usual clove, spice or bubblegum flavours often found in the style.

Not a bad little Australian wheat here. A nice head for starters (which does go down fairly quickly) with aromatic notes of banana and cloves and the yeast also prevalent. The after taste is on the sweet side but that is more than acceptable. At the price, this is a reasonable beer and one I would drink again. My actual rating would be 3.5 rather than 4, but one cannot go with that.

Not Australian! – it’s from Ingoldstadt in Germany. A typical Southern German hefeweisse, with all the usual flavours. Good!

Just to clarify this is a classic German wheat beer brewed in Bavaria. Lots of fizz, decent flavour with the usual clove and banana notes, but maybe a touch too anonymous, i.e. no standout flavour while perfectly enjoyable.

A very enjoyable hefweizen. Lovely mouthfeel to it. Not especially big on the banana flavour but it has a great sweet, corn, tangy taste. A mild experience. Nice.
