Feldschlosschen Malz is a zero alcohol beer. This classic malt drink is brewed according to an old recipe and is one of the best in the malt drink segment. Particularly pleasant and unique taste, caramel-malty with light roasted aromas, pleasant sweetness with a hint of hops. The aftertaste is slighty caramel with a short pleasant bitterness.
Feldschlosschen Malz Klassik is a strong amber colour which is made without colouring caramel.

Crazy intense sweet malt, treacle and caramel flavour, like a coal max on steroids! I really liked it but you are going to need to have a very sweet tooth to appreciate this!
Christopher Eio –
Very sweet. Unfortunately not to my liking.

Mind-bendingly sweet. I’ve gone the way of the continent and used this beer post-exercise. We’re talking about 200kcal per 500ml bottle, so it’s ideal for a bit of hydration and some replacement calories. It’s almost licorice in its sweetness. Difficult to drink for the sake of it but triggers memories of a few sweet things from when I was a kid, although I can never nail exactly what. Possibly a sweet medicine.

As a wee small boy we ventured into Germany in the 80’s with a German family friend.
Aunty Gerda told me about a zero alcohol malt beer the kids used to drink when she was a youngster.
Saw this and wondered if this is what Aunty G was on about.
Either way its liquid malt loaf in a bottle. Sweet but enjoyable and well worth trying.

Very sweet, so not a thirst quenching option, even if very cold. A kind of a treat if you’re ok to be treated by a non-alcohol drink

In my glass dark treacle with a brown beige head Smells like sweet cola syrup malt My palate finds malt loaf and sugary caramel biscuits It has a good body so is saved from the dreaded 2 stars.. This one is an absolute change from other “beers” and far too sweet for my taste
