Waterloo Triple is a craft beer brewed since 1456. Recognised in 1815 for giving “Strength” and “Courage” during the battle of Waterloo, the triple-fermentation old-style brewing gives this beer a powerful, spicy taste.
The triple blond is both simple and complex. Its initial simplicity, with an easy approach that releases a sweet zest is quickly complemented by a bitterness that runs to the back of the mouth. Complex, with its raw ingredients, alternating bitter hops and the flexibility of its malt, gives this Waterloo beer the taste of victory.

Excellent triple, and a piece of History at the same time !

Pours a golden colour has a fine head It smells of lime and apple then honey spice The taste is of sweet zesty limes then caramel malts. I would say this is a heavy dubbel rather than a triple decent enough but hardly outstanding

Top notch tripel. Everything I expected. Stuffed with amazing aromas and flavours. One for a re order I think.

This is a very fine, typical Belgian beer, Belgian beer being at the very pinnacle of world beers. ‘Waterloo’ is a great brand, with exciting historical associations, especially for the Belgians and the British (not so much for the French.) A really fine, tasty beer!

Pale and lively beer that pours with a good creamy head. The taste is spicey and hoppy accompanied by a nice kick of alcohol but spoilt by an excess of sweetness.
