Timmermans Oude Kriek 375ml is an aged fruit lambic beer from Timmerman’s brewery in Itterbeek, Belgium. Timmermans is Belgium’s oldest lambic brewery, dating back to 1702, and is known locally as ‘The Mole Brewery’. Timmermans Oude Kriek is an aged kriek, brewed with whole Schaerbeek cherries and a blend of young and aged lambics. The beer can be drunk straight away or aged for up to 12 years to allow the flavours to develop and mature.
Timmermans Oude Kriek pours a deep ruby colour, with fruity cherry aromas and lambic tang rising from the beer. The flavour is naturally bitter from the whole cherries in the brew, with an acidic quality.
