Lindemans Cassis is a sweet, light in alcohol, blackcurrant flavoured lambic beer. It has a deep reddish-purple colour with exceptional aroma, flavour, and complexity. Fuller bodied and soft, while still being refreshing and crisp.
Try it with venison, roasted pork tenderloin with rosemary cream sauce, scones, cheesecake or fresh fruit.
Adam Randall –
Lovely colour, including a deep pink head. Quite sweet but balanced well by the acidic fruitiness, plenty of blackcurrant richness. Not for the serious lambic drinker but very enjoyable.
Richard Bradley –
great colour, not as good as the cherry version

Lovely strong flavour of real blackcurrant, nice carbonation, not too sweet, got a pleasant fresh sourness
Billy Sayers –
Like a slightly tart alcoholic Ribena – it’s lovely. Quite sweet but can’t get away from how easy it is to drink.
