Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and herbs were used to season beers. The clean, bright aroma and flavour of apples melds beautifully with the complex tartness of lambic. Smooth, light body with the fresh flavour of real apples and a light green-apple tartness.
Perfect with rich cream sauces, hearty soups, aromatic cheeses and spicy cuisine – supremely refreshing.

A great refreshing ‘beer’. It tastes like a muted cider with apple juice. The sweetness and sourness complement each other perfectly. I really enjoyed the perky fizz.

Lovely awesome ripe apple aroma. Tangy apple when sipped. Such a great sweet burst of flavour. Sweet, but not overly sweet. The finish is beautiful. Full on apple. Highly recommended.

Very refreshing. Easy to drink, but lacks a punch. Not acidic like a cider, not over sweet. If it had a bit more alcohol content it would be 4 stars
Catriona Kerr –
This is amazing. So refreshing. Beautiful apple taste. Can’t rave about it enough.

This is a lovely tangy apple beer, considering its low strength in alcohol, it is a worthy contender for some of the stronger ones. Lovely scent and fruitiness.
