De Leite Cuvée Jeun’homme is a barrel-aged sour blonde ale from Belgian artisan brewery, De Leite. Founded in the back garden of owner-brewer Luc Vermeersch, the brewery has grown from a 30L microbrewery in 1997, to over 10,000L capacity today. De Leite Cuvée Jeun’homme is a quadruple-hopped blond ale which is then matured in oak wine barrels for four months, softening the bitter qualities and producing an exquisitely complex sour ale.
Pouring a hazy blond colour, De Leite Cuvée Jeun’homme offers up aromas of oak and green apples. The flavour is rich and complex, with citrusy sourness mingling with an earthy funk and cider notes. Buy De Leite Cuvée Jeun’homme for an intriguing beer to challenge the taste buds.

I completely enjoyed this one. I found it very reminiscent of my favourite Belgium sour, Rodenbach. I would definitely buy this one again, full of character!

De Leite are a top, top brewery and this is a lovely golden sour which is very tart on the palate but with a sweet fruity finish. If you like big flavoured sours this is for you.
Kristin –
A bit of a harsh sourness, it has a sharpness to it. Didn’t get a sweet finish

very sour to start then the fruit comes though and some wood

Sour, oak-barrel aged ale, similar to the brewery’s Cuvée Mam’zelle with complex flavours but less alcoholic.and slightly tarter.
