Adriaen Brouwer Tripel is named after the 17th century artist from Oudenaarde. It is his self portrait shown on the bottle label. This is a strong blonde Belgian tripel brewed with organic malt and hops.
Adriaen Brouwer Tripel pours a coppery blonde with a robust and creamy collar of froth. The aroma has notes of freshly picked apples, citrus, coriander and zesty esters with light hops. Full flavoured on the palate with spicy accents of coriander and bitter orange peel. Mildly phenolic with a subtle, bitter hop finish.

In my tulip glass clear gold fair lasting head The aromas are sweet and floral with woody notes my tongue finds fruity malts, brioche, citrus caramel with a herbal dry finish. A rather pleasant discovery easily a challenger to some of the well-known tripels
