Benromach Traditional

This is the oldest and rarest expression of Benromach released to date. On Friday 28th January 1949, the Benromach stills, standing in the heart of the distillery, completed a distillation and cask number 706 was filled with ‘new make’ spirit. For fifty five years, the whisky was left to mature, the sturdy oak staves of the cask protecting and nurturing the valuable spirit. Only 70 bottles of this precious single malt has been released for sale.
