A small batch of 5,000 bottles of Mezan XO Jamaican Rum was carefully blended from rums produced by several different Jamaican distilleries. Each rum has been carefully selected for the age and ester content so the typical tropical flavours of Jamaican rum are shown at their very best. Each batch is re-aged following blending to encourage the marriage of flavours and enhance the structure and subtlety of the rum.
The nose is pungent with fresh banana and sweet spice. The palate is light with complex spice and hints of tobacco.
