Antica Sambuca Caffe is the best-known product among the variations of Classic Sambuca. It is made by adding to Classic Sambuca a coffee extract obtained from a selected blend of exclusively Brazilian and African coffee beans. For a better quality, this product needs long processing. First a hot infusion is made, then a cold infusion in alcohol, and lastly the dregs are distilled, thus obtaining an intense and persistent product.
