Wild Geese Classic Blend is produced using an extended double distillation process for a much smoother product with distinctive character. The result is a richer distillate is matured in single-use white oak ‘Bourbon’ casks, among the most exceptional in the industry.
On the nose, an aroma of berries and fresh oak with a hint of spice. The smooth and balanced flavour is light, sweet and fruity. The grain comes through gently and it ends with a tingle of honey and citrus fruit and a clean finish.
The Wild Geese Classic Blend Irish Whiskey is ideal for a wide range of cocktails or just on its own.
