Dictador XO Perpetual Solera System Rum

Dictador XO Perpetual Solera System Rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey which is distilled a in copper alembic still before it is aged in the highest quality pre-used oak barrels which have previously contained bourbon.  The result is an exquisite blend using the finest barrels from each vintage year.

Deep mahogany brown in colour with superb shin in the glass. The aroma is intricate with roasted honey, Colombian coffee, toffee, dark chocolate and oak. The mouthfeel is smooth with notes of fudge, sweet Colombian coffee and dark chocolate. The long, complex finish showcases soft and well balanced oak flavours
