After much consideration, we have great pleasure in confirming the charity we have to chosen to support.   100 per cent of the profits from the sale of the beers will be going to a King’s Lynn charity, Lavender Hill Mob Theatre Company.

We decided that Lavender Hill Mob Theatre Company was a worthy recipient of the raised funds due to their contribution to the local art and entertainment scene and, more importantly, their values. They are an inclusive theatre company, meaning people of all ages and abilities are welcome to join.  Many members, some of whom have learning and/or behavioural difficulties, are initially shy and withdrawn before joining the theatre company but participation, in a safe environment, allows them to show the very best of themselves.

With this in mind, Beers of Europe and The Norfolk Brewhouse, could think of no better charity to benefit from this donation and feel it is a good reflection of what Anthony Bowen meant to west Norfolk and the surrounding area.  Both companies hope that Anthony Bowen would have been pleased and happy with Lavender Hill Mob Theatre Company receiving the donation.
