Made with 100% single estate apples, using classic cider apple varieties Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Harry Masters Jersey and Michelin. Gravity Theory is golden in colour and the sharpness is balanced with a touch of sweetness. This is a medium dry cider with moderate to high complexity. Fermented and matured for at least six months, Gravity Theory Cider is a cider that is suitable for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets.
