Seven Giraffes is made from a blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower and Lemon. This aromatic IPA was named by Scott’s daughter. It pours a deep gold with aromas of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, freshness of the lemon & lingering floral elderflower after taste. An extraordinary brew.
Darren J Lockwood –
Williams Seven Giraffes is 500 ML and 5.1 % ABV. Its a fairly standard IPA with a pleasant taste. I personally find most IPA”S taste the same so nothing much more to say.
David Gouldson –
Malty aroma and flavour with caramel hints. Pleasant IPA.
John Jones –
Citrus first and then digestive biscuit all mashed up with a very satisfying elderflower taste at the end which is a long way off from the initial lemony wave. I enjoyed this enormously.
Alan Sinclair –
Very nice American style IPA from the Aloa based brewery.
Very crisp with citrussy tastes. Very enjoyable.
